{"id":310,"date":"2021-04-07T00:33:57","date_gmt":"2021-04-07T00:33:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serviciosdigitalesperu.com\/agrofor\/?page_id=310"},"modified":"2021-06-01T23:13:40","modified_gmt":"2021-06-01T23:13:40","slug":"what-are-ac","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.agrofor.info\/en\/agroforestry-concession\/what-are-ac\/","title":{"rendered":"What are AC?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"bullet-orange mt-2 mb-4\">AC are a type of contract or land tenure mechanism (concessions), recognized in the Forest Law, which formalizes forest productive practices carried out by family farmers in designated areas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bullet-orange mt-2 mb-4\">AC contracts are awarded over areas covering a maximum of 100 ha for a period of 40 years (may be renewed), and state rights, access to benefits, and<br \/>\nobligations of holders.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"row my-4\"><div class=\"col-md-8 col-12 pb-md-0 pb-2\"><br \/>\nThe contract requires certain conditions to be met: to preserve forests by using them in a sustainable way, to establish or maintain agroforestry concessions, and to implement good soil and water conservation practices.<br \/>\n<\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-4 text-center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"mx-w-100 alignnone img_nosotros\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agrofor.info\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/que-son-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"247\" \/><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"div_normativa my-3\"><h4>With regard to national regulations:<\/h4><p> They are a regulatory scheme formalizing the activities carried out by family producers in lands of public dominion where it is not possible to grant an<br \/>\nownership title <sub>(1)<\/sub>.
