Family Farmers

Who are they?

Family farmers are those agricultural/ livestock and forest producers who, on an average, manage small plots of land and rely on family members as their main source of labor.

In the jungle, family farming accounts for 97% of the total agrarian units or areas destined to agricultural/livestock production.
